The window
You have seven days from the moment of deliveryto send a piece back. Write to us first — we'll share the workshop address and arrange a return pickup where serviceable.
What qualifies
Pieces in their original condition, with the cotton wrap and workshop card intact. We cannot accept rudraksha that has been energised on your behalf, custom engravings, or visibly worn malas.
Refund
Once the piece is received and inspected, the refund is initiated within three working days. UPI and bank transfers reach you within two further working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI to the phone on file.
Lost in transit
If a despatch fails to reach you, send the order number and we will replace it without question, after the courier confirms loss.
