Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your MoolMantra piece. Here is how we handle issues, replacements and refunds.
1. 7-day replacement
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Change of mind
Because stones and bracelets are checked and energised before dispatch specifically for your order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an item has shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
3. How to request a replacement or refund
- Email support@moolmantra.shop@moolmantra.shop or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos showing the problem.
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued via bank/UPI transfer for Cash on Delivery orders, or to your original payment method otherwise.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Once an item has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please use the 7-day replacement process instead if there's an issue.
5. Refund timelines
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
