1. Eligibility

2. Products & beliefs

Our rudraksha, gemstone, and energised jewellery is sold on belief and tradition. Any benefits described (wealth, protection, love, wellbeing, etc.) reflect traditional beliefs associated with these stones and are not guaranteed and not a substitute for professional, medical, financial, or legal advice. Slight variations in colour, size and finish are normal as these are natural materials.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order arising from such an error.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we begin processing it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

5. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellations and returns are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Please read it before ordering.

6. Kundli & astrology guidance

Any free kundli, stone recommendation, or astrology guidance we provide is for informational and traditional/spiritual purposes only. It is not professional medical, legal, or financial advice, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, and branding — belongs to MoolMantra and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
